Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:
1)Incorrect Item Sent: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
2)Manufacturer Defect: If the item has a defect from the manufacturer.
Timeline for Return/Exchange:
You have [7] calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return/exchange for a manufacturer’s defective item or items sent incorrectly. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for certain items unless received in a defective condition.
Defective Items Inspection:
Items returned for defects will be inspected. If a defective item is not returned within [7] days from the date received, it will be considered as human-caused defects. An additional fee for return and/or exchange may be charged based on the item's defective condition and repair procedure.
Exchange Conditions:
If you wish to make an exchange within 7 days, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or refund. We accept exchanges for size and color of the same product for backorders only.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for item returns or exchanges unless the issue arises from the seller (incorrect item sent or manufacturer defect).
