- We ship to West Malaysia only.
- Main shipping partner is NinjaVan.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over RM80.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
6. Return and Refund Policy
- All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In the event of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- To request an exchange, customers must provide proof of damage via unboxing video and photos sent to our customer support via WhatsApp.
- Exchanges will be processed only after verification.
- No warranty is provided on any products.
