Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to West Malaysia only.
  • Delivery to East Malaysia is not available at this time.

Shipping Partner

  • Our main delivery partner is NinjaVan, a trusted and reliable courier service.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over RM80.
  • For orders below RM80, shipping fees will apply accordingly.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
  • FoamFresh is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status through NinjaVan’s system.

Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team at 017-5381981 for assistance.
  • We recommend being available at the shipping address to receive your package to avoid failed delivery attempts.
